Leadership

I was recently talking to a friend of mine about leadership when she said this little gem.
Everyone seems to think that a position in leadership means they get to sit back and give orders. Good leadership requires sacrifice and great leadership requires the person to realize that they have been put into a position of service and not power.
We need more people like you Sharon.
Where’s Mr. Plow

I love snow. Driving in it is a different story and shoveling it isn't that much fun. But what really sucks is when you spend an hour cleaning off your driveway only to have a snowplow come by and mess up the foot of that nicely cleaned driveway. How come the plow will go right up against the curb on the opposite side of the street and then leave 2 feet of snow and ice on my side? And what sucks more is that my side doesn't get that much sun, so if I hadn't gone back out I would of had ice boulders blocking my way out tomorrow. Thanks jerk. Where's Mr. Plow or Plow King when you need them.

I just got rid of an extremely old laptop - an IBM ThinkPad. I'm not sure what model it was, but it was a Pentium 75 with 24 MB of RAM running Windows 95. It had a floppy drive and an external parallel Zip drive, I guess CD drives weren't popular then.
